This year’s conference features a single large exhibition hall immediately adjacent to the main ballroom and directly next to the breakout sessions. All tables are Deluxe and feature electricity and high-speed internet access – all for only $1000. Beverage and snack breaks will be served in the center of the exhibit hall bringing everyone into the exhibit hall for networking.
Included with all Deluxe exhibit tables:
- Draped 6ft table, 2 chairs and ID sign
- 100-word alphabetical listing in program guide
- 100-word alphabetical listing on conference webpage and link to company website
- Company listing by product or service categories in program guide and on conference webpage
- Power and Internet connectivity
For those sponsoring a Table, you may have a flyer or promotional item placed in tote bags for $50 (These will be distributed to all conference attendees in their conference tote bag. No catalogs, please. Please provide 300 flyers or promotional items. Suggestions: pens, pads of paper, sticky notes, games, hand sanitizer, etc.)
