Raleigh – In Monday’s meeting of the full Charter School Advisory Council, twenty-eight subcommittee recommendations were each presented and ratified by the full Council. These recommendations included twenty-five rejections and three applications to be forwarded to the Council for interviews in mid-July.
The three applications to advance to the next phase for interviews are KIPP-Halifax College Prep, South Brunswick Charter School, and University Public Charter School. Congratulations to the Council for a job well done, as well as to the applicants who have now advanced to the interview phase.
